Nose filler in Stockholm – correction without surgery
Non-surgical nose correction with filler – smooth a bump, lift the tip or balance the profile in about 30 minutes. Performed by registered nurses and doctors with long experience.
Correcting the nose without surgery
A nose correction with filler – often called a non-surgical rhinoplasty or "liquid nose job" – can even out a bump, lift a drooping tip or straighten the profile in about 30 minutes, with no operation and no recovery time. By placing hyaluronic acid strategically, nose fillers can:
- Smooth a bump – filling above and below it so the bridge reads as straight,
- Lift a downward-pointing nose tip, and
- Balance the profile as a whole.
What filler cannot do is make the nose smaller – it adds volume, it does not take it away. Your consultation, held in English whenever you prefer, always comes first, and never involves any obligation to book treatment.
"Nose botox" – why filler is the tool here
Many people search for nose botox hoping to slim or reshape the nose. Here is the honest answer: Botox relaxes muscle – it adds no structure and no volume, so on its own it cannot straighten a bump, build up a bridge or change the shape of the nose. For reshaping, filler is the tool.
Botox does have one narrow, genuine role at the nose: relaxing the small muscle that pulls the tip downwards, especially when you smile. Used precisely, it lets the tip sit subtly higher. That is why we offer it as a package with nose filler – filler does the shaping, Botox assists the tip – rather than as a stand-alone "nose botox" treatment that would not deliver what most people expect of it.
Filler or surgical rhinoplasty?
In short: filler suits you if you want to smooth, lift or balance – quickly, with no downtime, and with a result that can be adjusted or dissolved. Surgery (rhinoplasty) is required if you want a smaller nose or a permanent, larger change – that is a job for a plastic surgeon, and if that is what your goals call for, we will say so and point you in that direction. Filler is not a cheaper version of surgery; it is its own treatment for different needs – and for many people, exactly what is needed.
Before and after: what to expect
The result is immediate: the bridge reads as smoother, or the tip as lifted, already as you get out of the chair. Mild swelling is common and settles within a few days, after which the final result emerges – and if anything needs fine-tuning, it can be done at a follow-up visit within a month. At your consultation we are happy to show before-and-after photos from previous treatments.
Is it safe?
The nose is one of the most vascular and risk-sensitive areas of the face – here, the practitioner's competence is everything. The treatment is therefore performed by our most experienced registered nurses and doctors, with ultrasound guidance available when needed to map the blood vessels. And because we only use hyaluronic acid, the result can always be dissolved with Hyalase should it ever be necessary.

Nose filler – FAQ
Can nose fillers straighten a bump?
Yes – by filling above and below the bump, the bridge is evened out so the profile reads as straighter. The bump itself is not removed, but the line of the nose is, visually, and that is what the eye sees.
Can filler make my nose smaller?
No. Filler adds volume – it cannot take anything away. If you want a smaller nose, surgical rhinoplasty with a plastic surgeon is the right route, and we will tell you so honestly at the consultation rather than treat you with the wrong tool.
What is "nose botox" – and do you offer it?
Botox on its own cannot reshape a nose – it relaxes muscle and adds no structure, so it will not straighten a bump or build a bridge. It has one narrow supporting role: relaxing the muscle that pulls the nose tip downwards, which can give the tip a subtle lift. We offer exactly that as a package – nose filler plus a Botox tip lift – where filler does the shaping and Botox assists.
How long does nose filler last?
Typically 9–18 months, often towards the longer end. The nose moves very little, so the filler breaks down more slowly than in mobile areas such as the lips.
What does nose filler cost in Stockholm?
At Akademiderm: 3 990 SEK per treatment, 2 590 SEK for an adjusting follow-up within one month, and 4 990 SEK for the package of nose filler plus a Botox tip lift. The price is fixed before we begin, and a consultation never involves any obligation to book treatment.
What should I avoid after the treatment?
Avoid glasses and sunglasses resting on the bridge of the nose for the first few days, and skip exercise, sauna and strong heat for the first 24 hours. Do not touch the area unnecessarily – and contact us straight away if you notice severe pain or pale skin, so we can assess it immediately.
