The amount depends on how much volume has been lost and what you want to achieve:

- 2 ml – a clearer volume increase across the whole midface, for more pronounced volume loss.
We always recommend an amount that looks natural for your face, and would rather build up gradually over several visits than overdo it in one.
Before and after: what to expect
- Straight after: a clear volume increase and a visible lift.
- Days 1–3: mild swelling is normal and can make the cheeks look slightly fuller than the end result.
- After about a week: the swelling has settled and the natural, defined result emerges.
- After about two weeks: the final result is assessed at your follow-up, with fine-tuning if needed.
Because we work with hyaluronic acid, the result can always be adjusted if you want more or less volume – or dissolved entirely.

A small unevenness in the first days is usually just swelling – and should anything need adjusting, hyaluronic acid can always be corrected or dissolved with Hyalase.
