Botox in Stockholm – natural results
Wrinkle treatment performed by registered nurses and doctors in central Stockholm. Soften forehead lines, frown lines and crow's feet – while keeping your expressions.
How it works
Botox (botulinum toxin) temporarily relaxes the small facial muscles that fold the skin into lines – most commonly the forehead, the frown lines between the eyebrows and crow's feet around the eyes. The treatment takes about 15–20 minutes, requires no downtime, and the effect develops gradually over 3–14 days.
Our philosophy is conservative dosing: enough to soften the lines, never so much that your face loses its character. At your consultation – held in English whenever you prefer – we assess your anatomy, agree on a plan and confirm the exact price before anything happens. A consultation never involves any obligation to buy.
Beyond wrinkle treatment, we also use botulinum toxin for teeth grinding and jaw tension (masseter), gummy smile, a subtle lip flip, and excessive sweating.
Crow's feet
Crow's feet are the fine lines that fan out from the outer corners of the eyes when you smile or squint. Because the skin here is thin and constantly in motion, they are often the first lines to show – and among the most rewarding to treat. Small, precisely placed doses relax the outer part of the muscle that circles the eye, so the skin stops creasing while your smile stays exactly as it is.
Crow's feet count as one treatment area (2 190 SEK) and are frequently combined with the forehead and frown lines for a balanced upper-face result.
Forehead lines
The horizontal lines across the forehead come from the frontalis – the muscle that raises your eyebrows. Treating it well is a question of balance: enough to soften the lines, never so much that the brow feels heavy. This is where conservative dosing matters most, and why we always assess how your forehead and frown muscles work together before injecting anything.
The forehead is one treatment area (2 190 SEK). Most patients combine it with the frown lines between the eyebrows (two areas, 2 690 SEK), since the two muscle groups pull against each other.
Full-face treatment
“Full-face Botox” does not mean injecting everywhere. In practice it means treating the three upper-face areas where botulinum toxin does its best work – forehead, frown lines and crow's feet – in a single session. Treated together, the result reads as one calm, rested face rather than one smooth zone next to untreated lines.
The combined treatment of all three areas costs 3 190 SEK and fits in the same 15–20 minute appointment. Masseter or a lip flip can be added and are priced separately – see the table below. And where lines are etched into the skin at rest, or volume loss is the real issue, we will say so honestly: fillers or skin treatments may be the better tool.

Botox – FAQ
How long does Botox last?
Typically 3–4 months. The effect appears gradually over 3–14 days after treatment, and we always offer a follow-up to fine-tune the result.
Will I still be able to move my face?
Yes – that is the point of a well-dosed treatment. We work conservatively so that lines soften while your natural expressions remain. Frozen faces come from overdosing, not from Botox itself.
Does it hurt?
The needles are very fine and each injection takes a second. Most patients describe it as small pinches – no anaesthesia is needed, and you can return to work straight away.
Who performs the treatment?
Only registered nurses and doctors. Your consultation includes an assessment of your facial anatomy and honest advice about what will – and will not – give a good result.
What does Botox cost in Stockholm?
At Akademiderm: 2 190 SEK for one area, 2 690 SEK for two and 3 190 SEK for three. The price is fixed and confirmed before treatment.
Can Botox lift my eyebrows?
To a degree. By relaxing the small muscles that pull the brows down, carefully placed injections can give the outer brow a subtle lift – typically 1–3 mm, enough to open up the eye area. It is a refinement, not a substitute for surgery, and at your consultation we will tell you honestly whether your anatomy suits it.
Do you treat crow’s feet and forehead in the same visit?
Yes – it is one of our most common combinations, done in the same 15–20 minute appointment. Two areas cost 2 690 SEK; adding the frown lines as a third area brings the total to 3 190 SEK.
